Yes! In fact, the best way for you to get started is having a coach to plan your training, correct your form and help you navigate any challenges that come up so you can put all of your available time and energy into the sessions where it's most needed.
Absolutely not! If you train with me in-person, my coaching rates factor in use of the facility so there's no extra gym membership required. My online coaching caters to whatever space and equipment you have available. Most clients find it easier and more effective to train at a gym, but you're welcome to work out wherever you're comfortable.
I have extensive experience working with NDIS participants, beginners, neurodiverse people, clients with injuries and other health conditions. I enjoy taking on clients with special needs and I'm happy to collaborate with your specialists where appropriate to get their recommmendations and create a program that will work for you.
My in-person coaching sessions allocate 55 minutes, however this includes your warm-up and cool-down. The bulk of your workout should take between 30-45 minutes of focused work. Online programming can be adjusted to whatever workout duration you like. I recommend 30-45 minute sessions for most beginners, however your time availability, state of health and personal preference are all taken into consideration.
Personal Training sessions cost $80 each or $62.42 for NDIS clients.
12 week transformation packages are available at the following prices:
